Any candidate should have passed llb 3years degree course or 5 years llb integrated law course and should have appeared ONLINE SAMS PG ENTRANCE TEST.
Selection OF CANDIDATE IS FROM SAMS PUBLISHED PG ENTRANCE MERIT LIST.
The LL.M. course is of two years which is divided into four semesters. This syllabus is prepared (on choice based Credit System) for Master of Laws (LL.M) examination. The 1st Semester shall cover the period from June to November & 2nd Semester from December to May and the 3rd Semester shall commence from June to November and 4th Semester from December to May.
Candidates selected for admission shall present themselves personally OR along with their parents/ guardians for admission. They would be admitted on payment of the requisite fees and after verification of their documents.
An eligible student is required to take readmission on deposit of fees in each end semester of the session. A student admitted into 2years LL.M. course is required to take re-admission into 3rd and 4th semester course (2nd year) only when he became eligible. Normally readmission takes place in the 3rd semister only for whole academic year in the month of between june and July. Students must follow the notice being issued by the college authority relating to dates and fees of readmission or else his/her studentship may be ceased.
Others :The candidate is prohibited from prosecuting any other course along with this course. There
should be nothing known against his/her character/ conduct of the candidate
