About Our College

Bhadrak Law College (BLC) is established in the year 1992 at Bhadrak, Odisha. It is one of the oldest private law college of Odisha. Bhadrak Law College is permanently recognized by Govt. Of Odisha and approved by Bar Council Of India, New Delhi. BLC is permanently affiliated to Fakir Mohan University (F.M. University), Balasore till April 2021. As per notification no. HE-UNE-COL-0001-2020-16419/HE dated 7 April 2021 by Higher Education Department, Government of Odisha Guidelines, The Madhusudan Law University,cuttack is established. Now we are permanently affiliated to Madhusudan Law University, Cuttack as per the notification issued by Higher Education Department, Odisha from 28th April 2021. The college was founded by Dr. Prasanna Kumar Ray on the year 1992. Now he is also acting as Principal at our esteem college. Our college is running in its own land and building which is situated at Korkora, Bhadrak, Odisha. The College is committed to exploring multidisciplinary approaches through its unique curriculum and revolutionizing legal education by making use of modern pedagogies thereby adapting to the changing world in which law professionals operate. It aims at developing knowledge, skill and value amongst the students and they are nourished by the critical learning pedagogy and mentored and supported by faculty and staff so that they experience the best. Our college has an unmatched array of courses and academic offerings. Students have an opportunity to pursue a broad curriculum using rich educational resources in a dynamic and creative learning environment. Curriculum is constantly adapted according to the changing legal and other environmental developments. Our college flagship courses are LLB (3 Years degree) & LLM (2 years PG).
