A candidate desirous of admission into this course shall made obtain an application forms of Bhadrak Law College, Bhadrak on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) . Candidates desirous of obtaining the form by Regd. Post should send Rs.600/-(Rupees One Hundred only) only in shape of money order or Bank Draft deposited in any Nationalized Bank, payable at sbi bhadrak, drawn in favor of the Principal bhadrak Law College, Bhadrak. Application form duly filled by the candidate should reach the Principal on or before the last date prescribed in the advertisement/notification along with the requisite documents. The institution shall not be held responsible for postal delay.
Any candidate having secured 45% or above mark in the +3 or equivalent examination is eligible for admission. In case of S.C./ S.T. candidates this is relaxable up to 40%.Provided that such a minimum qualifying mark shall not automatically entitle a candidate to get admission. He has to fulfill other institutional criteria, if any, fixed by the concerned college. Notification for admission will be available in Bhadrak Law College website and in the month of May or June.

Selection for admission will be made on the basis of a Career mark merit basis.
Bhadrak Law College offers 3 years LLB Degree Course in Six semesters having 30 papers in whole as per new curriculum designed by Bar Council of India & approved by F.M. University, Odisha.
Candidates selected for admission shall present themselves personally OR along with their parents/ guardians for admission. They would be admitted on payment of the requisite fees and after verification of their documents.
An eligible student is required to take readmission on deposit of fees in each end semester of the session. A student admitted into 3years LL.B. course is required to take readmission into 3rd & 4 thsemester course (2nd year) and 5th & 6thsemester course (3rd year) only when he became eligible. Normally re-admission takes place for whole academic year in the month of between june and July. Students must follow the notice being issued by the college authority relating to dates and fees of readmission or else his/her studentship may be ceased.
